Can one find the Cardholder Account Number of a Mastercard when they have the first 6 and last 3 digits?

Can one find, by use of logarithms or other, the Cardholder Account Number of a Mastercard when they have the Issuer Identification numbers (the first 6) and the last three check digits?
e.g.
(5 1 2 3 4 5) 6 7 8 9 0 1 2 (3 4 5)
If one had the numbers in the brackets, could they find the rest?

Yes, you can find the rest of the numbers, and you will find many different combinations also.
