Can somebody give me instructions on how I’ll reload cash onto my Green Dot Mastercard debit card?

After my Green Dot Mastercard is now activated. Last time when I went to some of retail stores. I’m having trouble reloading cash onto my debit card. First I went to Jewel-Osco, a customer service employee told me that Jewel-Osco cannot do that after I ask them that I’ll reload cash onto my card.
