How can I combine the remaining money from several MasterCard gift cards onto one card?

I received a few MasterCard gift cards this year as rewards from work. I have used each of the cards and now have a few dollars left on each card. I would like to combine the remaining money from each card onto one card so that I can use it to make a purchase online. If I can add the money from all of the cards together, I will have enough to buy the item I have my eye on. Anyone know how I can do this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The bank that issued your cards.
