How could i apply for a prepaid mastercard from the USA if i’m in the UK?

There’s a specific mastercard i’d like to apply for, none of the UK ones do it for me. Only problem is, is that you have to put your details in as if you lived in the USA, eg. it asks for your state, your address line and zip code. What do i do?
