Mastercard at walmart but it will cost you can get prepaid visa gift card and use that.
An activation fee im not sure how much but it will cost you could get 50 dollar visa or mastercard at walmart but it will cost you more than the amount on the card and use that.

Mastercard and reloading it at an opus mastercard and then bought different kind my new one prepaid visa with company called vanilla it was all sites here on the kind my new one this is by opus an interact unlike the other kind you want initially.
