Issued through a USA bank, possibly lost in Denmark, where I will be for some time. How long does it take to get one replaced? I’m considering not replacing it, and going with a different bank, if it will take too long. Also, what’s the cost to replace a lost/stolen Mastercard?

I am fully aware of the Mastercard lost/stolen emergency numbers and procedures — I am weighing all of my options at this point.
