I have a Debit Card with the MasterCard logo on it. Can I go to ANY atm without a fee?

      Not true. But you can use it at any store that accepts mastercard

      The grocery store use your card as debit and ask for cash back.

      No its not true,most likely a bank owns it and you will have to pay a fee
