I apply to a company in US to host my site (I am in Nigeria). They refused the hosting but my bankers went ahead to pay them. I ‘lost’ the money and the company is not hosting (despite being paid). What do I do to get my money back or what agencies do I contact in US to lodge my complaints? Or how do I contact Mastercard to lodge my complaints to them?
